Within every unique brand there will be a dedicated Dealer Program which will license various levels of dealers to distribute the VMSP brand around the globe, This common Dealership Program which will allow entrepreneurs to become International Communication Consultants (ICC) and act as Product & Services Dealers on behalf of Individual VMSP's.

To protect each VMSP brand under license the 'First Sale' to a subscriber will not be online. This will obligate a new subscriber to go directly to an appointed dealer in their locality. Obviously pre-paid airtime can be purchased online and Auto-Top-Up for Credit card users but in every eventuality a new subscriber must buy the initial product from an authorized VMSP Dealer. This protects the investment of each VMSP licensee.

The Global Market is estimated to be over 1 Billion users who regularly travel across borders and have issues with expensive existing mobile roaming. VMSP fills this lucrative niche and in stage two GSM1 and its partners will integrate a local in country solution which will be competitive in the local market also thus of interest to long term residents and compete in the local ethnic markets presently supported by MVNO's like Lebara & Lyca Mobile etc.

The Micro Dealer program was established to allow any VMSP to establish a small low-cost dealership to make money from the referral of new customers.

In developing countries VMSP's will be obligated to support growth amongst any in their communities who require support to enter the Mobile Sales Industry. This includes sponsorship of hard working individuals to be equipped with facilities and equipment to start out in the VMSP dealer program.


The next level of involvement is the ICC Dealer who is licensed by the local VMSP to operate under their Mobile Services Brand. This license allows then to build there own customer base with the full range of VMSP communication products. They make a commission on all set-up fees and also a residual income on all airtime sales and continued customer airtime usage. This is in exchange for first line customer support and continued marketing to new customers.


In some cases this position can be earned by hard working ICC's but it can also be purchased as part of the ICC License.

This allows an ICC to recruit his own team of associated ICC's. As a payment for the introduction, support & training of these new ICC's, the master dealer will make an override revenue from their whole team's airtime volume. This will be guaranteed additional revenue in addition to their own direct sales.


As VMSP Dealers multiply and customers numbers grow, it will become necessary to provide more comprehensive local training support facilities in country. This will provide an additional opportunity for hard working ICC's with office premise in centers of population.

The VMSP will assess all candidates for this position and it will carry with it an additional revenue from all customers visiting their territory irrespective of which dealers customers they are. This is in exchange for local language support and account deposit facilities.

Individual VMSP's may consider the Licensing of Coordinators in advance for key cities for an appropriate set-up fee, providing the candidate meets agreed criteria.


Q. 1208.2009 Do I need a high technical expertise to become a VMSP?

A. Absolutely not. Unlike the conventional MVNO, the VMSP requires little technical experience. The minimal additional training is included in the VMSP license fee.


Q. 1308.2009 Do I need Telecom experience to become a Dealer?

A. Not at all. It may help to get a more detailed understanding of your competition and communication terminology but this is not essential to get started. An understanding of the products you are selling and the confidence to approach strangers are probably the greatest requirements.
